Harding at Nepa 2026

The next show will be ACA (American Correctional Association) Booth Number: 333 Dates: July 30 – Aug 2

Build Things That Matter. Build Them in Edmonton.

Harding Technologies makes systems that are installed in correctional facilities, schools, military bases, and critical infrastructure across North America. The people who build them work here, in Edmonton, Alberta, in a company that has been doing this since 1969.

A Company Where Your Work Ends Up in the Field.

There is a particular satisfaction that comes from working on something technical and knowing exactly where it ends up. At Harding, you build systems that go into US Army installations in South Korea, maximum-security correctional facilities in North America, schools in rural Alberta, and high-rise buildings in Las Vegas. You can point to a project on the wall and say you worked on that. Not many employers can offer that.

Harding is a privately held Canadian company that has operated from the same Edmonton facility since it was founded in 1969. It is not a large company. It is a focused one, with a team of design engineers, software specialists, manufacturing experts, and customer service professionals who take quality seriously, work closely together, and build products under ISO 9001 certified processes because that standard is what the work requires. If you want to do genuinely technical work in a company where the output matters, this is worth a look.

What You Can Expect.

Your Work Ships

This is not a research lab or a proof-of-concept environment. Products designed at Harding go into production and end up in facilities across North America and internationally. Your engineering decisions have real consequences, which is motivating if you are the kind of person who wants to see the output of your work in the real world.

A Small Team With Real Depth

Harding is not a large company. The engineering team is experienced, technically deep, and close-knit. You will not spend years working in a silo on one component of a product you never fully understand. You will know what the whole system does and how your piece fits into it.

ISO 9001 Means What It Says Here

Quality processes at Harding are not a compliance exercise. They are the reason the same systems that were installed in the 1990s are still running and still supported. If you have worked in environments where quality documentation felt disconnected from the actua
