Harding Technologies is looking for an embedded software engineer to work on the MicroComm DXL intercom platform and custom OEM electronic products. You will work closely with the hardware engineering team on products that go into correctional facilities, schools, military installations, and industrial applications across North America.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and test embedded software for intercom and communication systems
- Collaborate with hardware engineers throughout the product development cycle
- Maintain and enhance software for the MicroComm DXL platform
- Contribute to custom OEM software development for industrial clients
- Support technical documentation and software release processes
What We Are Looking For:
- Degree in software engineering, computer engineering, or a related field
- Experience with embedded C or C++ development
- Familiarity with real-time operating systems and microprocessor architectures
- DSP or signal processing experience is an advantage
- Ability to work collaboratively in a small, close-knit engineering team
